Who we are

PA Staffing Solutions LLC (“PA Staffing Solutions,” “we,” “us”) is a clinical recruiting firm based in New York City that places physician assistants, nurse practitioners, surgeons and surgical staff with medical practices and ambulatory surgery centers. This policy covers pastaffingsolutions.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the contact form:

• Candidates: name, email address, mobile phone number (optional), specialty, your resume or CV, and any message you include.
• Practices: name, email address, phone number (optional), practice or organization name, and your message.
• SMS consent: if you check the SMS box, we record that you consented, the time, and the IP address the form was submitted from.

Like every website, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load a page. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

How we use it

• To review your background and contact you about roles that fit it.
• To respond to hiring inquiries from practices.
• To send the text messages you agreed to, as described in our SMS Terms.
• To keep the site secure and free of spam.

We never share a candidate’s resume or details with a practice without that candidate’s permission. We do not sell personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only to send the messages you agreed to. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Full details are in our SMS Terms.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the site and our recruiting work. They process information on our behalf and not for their own marketing:

• Recruiterflow — our applicant tracking system, where candidate records and resumes are stored.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Anthropic — reads resumes submitted through the contact form to fill in the candidate profile in our applicant tracking system. Anthropic processes the resume on our behalf only and does not use it to train its models.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site and protects it from abuse, including the Turnstile spam check on our contact form.
• Google Fonts — serves the site’s typefaces, which means your browser requests them from Google.

Links to Calendly (booking a call), Recruiterflow job pages, beehiiv (our Operative Brief newsletter), LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare, our host, may set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance) to tell real visitors apart from bots. These cookies do not identify you personally, are not used for marketing, and are required for the site to work, so they do not need consent. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first.

How long we keep information

Candidate records are kept while they are useful for matching you with roles. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to keep a record by law.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent, contact us or call (929) 419-5277. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with providers that apply industry-standard safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.

Children

This site is for healthcare professionals and employers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above.
